Don't forget to:

  • Arrive at least 10 minutes early to fill in your questionnaire, meet the team and organise any equipment hire. 
  • Bring a drink, it's thirsty work!
  • Wear comfortable active wear. No shoes is worn for Muay Thai or BJJ and running shoes/boxing boots for Boxing and Wrestling.
  • Gloves are needed for Boxing and Muay Thai. If you own some please bring them. If not we have some you can hire for $5. 
  • Tell your friends so they can come too!

  • You can find us at 39 Grafton Street, Cairns City. We are located to the rear of Your Fitness gym. Enter the staff car park through the black gates to find our entrance.
